Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance payment and written confirmation from our office. Quoted rates are valid for the travel dates mentioned in the itinerary and may change if dates, hotel category or group size change.
Payments
An advance is payable at the time of confirmation and the balance before departure, as stated on your invoice. Airfare, visa fees and attraction tickets may require full advance payment depending on supplier policy.
Cancellation & refunds
Cancellation charges apply based on how close the cancellation is to the departure date and on supplier terms for hotels, flights and permits. Non-refundable components are indicated on your invoice before payment.
Passport, visa & documents
Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports, visas and any health documents required by the destination. We provide documentation support, but visa approval rests with the respective consulate.
Liability
We act as a booking agent for hotels, transport operators and airlines. We are not liable for delays, cancellations or losses caused by weather, strikes, road conditions, political events or other circumstances beyond our control.
